The Rush 300 Pro from HQ is a 3-Line version of the Rush Ram-Air Trainer.
Two lines are attached to the Left and Right Main Bridle and the third line connects
to the Trailing Edge. It makes an ideal land trainer for KiteBoarding as the third line
enables easy re-launch from the control position. Landing is also possible using
the third line system. This kite is also equiped with a safety leash.

The Evo Trainer, by Eolo, is a simple 2-Line Ram-Air Trainer. Easy to rig and fly, this kite will get you flying in no time. The Control Bar has been designed for entry level pilots, to get the "feel" of steering a power kite. At 2.0 sq. mtrs., it will give you great feedback and prepare you for moving up to water kites. As with all sports equipment exposed to natural elements such as wind, sea water, dust, sand and sunlight, life expectancy varies. With heavy use in these conditions, these kites can be expected to remain operationally effective for a minimum of 2 years. Of course, with moderate use and care, this time period can be lengthened considerably. To optimize performance, it is suggested that equipment be updated and/or replaced routinely.

The Rush 300 Pro comes in a sturdy shoulder-pack carry-bag with Instructions, Control Bar with Safety Leash and Flying Lines. The Evo Trainer is complete with Control Bar, Safety Leash, Instructions and Flying Line in a fabric carry-bag. These medium aspect ratio kites with mid-range aerofoils generate good "pull" without unexpected surprises. Both are great for land training in preparation for KiteBoarding as featured in the DVD "Way To Fly". A very informative introduction to KiteBoarding with many land training exercises. Flight time with either kite will give you great insight into how steerable kites fly and give a taste of the power that they can generate. By far the best way to get started in power kiting.

The Rush 300 Pro is very similar to the kite flown in the "Way To Fly" DVD which is used to illustrate aspects of land training, essential to progess to KiteBoarding lessons on water. The video explains the Wind Window, Video still creating power, steering control, set up, launching and landing and more. Pre-inflated kites are also shown and flying techniques explained. No matter what type of kite you use for Kite Traction, it is essential not to be overpowered. Not just because it's obviously safer, but upwind travel will be easier and less power is easier to manage. These trainer kites are ideal to get familiar with control on solid ground in modest steady wind. Once you are confident with kite control, you'll be able to progress to KiteBoarding instruction and get on the water.

These kites produce considerable pull and are not suitable for inexperienced flyers under age 14. Always learn to control the kites before attempting kite traction activities. Sensible saftey precautions should be followed when flying these kites and protective clothing, especially sturdy shoes and a helmet should always be worn when using them for traction. Read instructions and safety warnings in with every kite.
